When trying to run a report in Payflow (http://manager.paypal.com) you encounter the following:
Error: Report execution has failed.
Error: An error has occurred. Please try again later.
Paypal is experiencing an outage with their Reporting.
- Call Payflow asking them to Open a Ticket so that you can be alerted as to when the issue is resolved. PayFlow 888-883-00252.
- While you are waiting for Payflow to fix their issue, you can use our Admin site to assist with reconciling. If you do not have access to our Admin site, please the Support Team a call at 800-566-6940.
To run a Payflow Query in the SWRemote Admin site
A. Login to the SWRemote Admin site at https://manage.swremote.com/
B. Click on Reports from the left side navigation
C. Click on the Reports Dropdown and select Payflow Query
D. Once you login, it is best to scroll to the left and click on AddDateTime. This will order the Query with the top being oldest and the bottom being the oldest.
This will not show you all of the information that you normally see within the manager.paypal.com site, but it should assist you with reconciling until Payflow restores their reporting services.
