When this issue occurs, it is typically due to one of the following causes:

  • The price changes were recently made and the changes have not yet carried down to the SWRemote server. To fix this, follow this article to push the changes down immediately.
  • The price changes were received by the SWRemote server, but the user needs to log out / reload their pricebook to receive the changes. For instructions on reloading your pricebook / reference library, follow this article.
  • The item is a task that has price levels attached. Note that the system will override the Our Price field if there is a price level configured under the Price levels tab.
