In order for the payment to be applied in PayFlow, the office will have to login to

  • If the transaction was authorized (not captured), you will have to go into the Virtual Terminal and capture the authorization number.
  • If the transaction was not authorized or captured, you will have to do both in the Virtual Terminal to collect the funds.

If the capture doesn't happen in real time while the job is being closed, this information will not be resent to PayFlow. The information will be sent to SuccessWare21, but no payment will be captured or authorized.
