SuccessWare21 does not allow remote updating of an agreement once it has been modified within SuccessWare21.

Select the agreement from the Invoice screen and click the Remove button (The Red Circle with an X in it - Located in the lower right corner of all Invoice Items).  If the Agreement is not listed on the Invoice, please press the Settings button and press "Reload Assignment".  The Settings button is located in the menu pullout, on the left hand side of the screen.

The Agreement should be handled exclusively in SuccessWare21 from that point on,  as the system will not allow that agreement to be sent through SWRemote.
