What is the default price on items with different price levels? Or how does SWRemote default the price on items that have different price levels in SuccessWare21?


The first (Top) price level that is set up in SuccessWare21 will be the default price in SWRemote. Technicians have the ability to select the appropriate price level from the drop down list if required. 

You also have the option to pre-select a price level for the item. To do this, you will have to add the items to the invoice in SuccessWare21 and set the appropriate price level before assigning the job to the technician.
