We pull the technician's name from the Employee Manager in SuccessWare21.

  1. Click on the 21 icon
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click Employee Manager

When changes are made here, they will not immediately show up on the devices.  You can wait for the 6 hour system event to automatically pull the data over, or you can force the data to be sent over immediately by running an Update on SWRemote's Admin website, admin.swremote.com.  The technicians must then resync the data on the devices by going into Settings and clicking Force Resync.

You must be on version 2.2.9 of the application in order to have the technician's name be displayed on the invoice.  To find out what version you're on, go into 'About' and the version is listed next to the field 'MT Version'
