How do I enter a zero payment on my device, so that the office can send a bill out separately?


When you come to the payment screen, you must select the Payment Method of 'None' and the Payment Amount will be defaulted to $0.00.  This will not send a payment to SuccessWare21 for this job and will show as unpaid in SuccessWare21.
