Invoice receipt are e-mails not being received for a specific e-mail address, but are received with other addresses.
How can I fix this?
The 3rd party application we use likely added the destination e-mail address to a "do not send" list for one reason or another, typically due to a rejection by the receiving e-mail server. Please give the SWRemote support team a call at 1-800-566-6940 and we can look into the issue.
