This error is displayed when an incorrect card number is entered.  It will display after pressing the Right arrow on the Signature screen. 

How can I fix this?

Check the Card Number box in SWRemote and make sure there have not been any spaces, dots, dashes, letters, or any other special characters entered into this field.  The field should read a solid 16 digit number.  This message usually comes up because the card number was copied into SWRemote incorrectly.
