Although this error appears on the device, it is actually being returned from the SuccessWare21 server when attempting to perform any action that contacts the SuccessWare21 instance. The server no longer has enough free memory to complete any operations.
How can I fix this?
If you are running SuccessWare21 on a LAN server, this can typically be remedied by rebooting the server (you may need to request the help of your IT department). If you are an ASP customer, please reach out to the ASP helpdesk to report the issue at 1-877-774-6277.
