Password Reset

  1. Navigate to
  2. Click the blue "Forgot Password?" link
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email
  5. You will be prompted to set a new password upon opening the link

Username Reset

  1. Navigate to
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link
  3. Click Forgot Username?
  4. Enter your Email Address and click Submit
  5. Check your email

If you do not have an SWRemote admin account, the current account owner must e-mail [email protected] and request that you be configured.
