There are a few things that can trigger the 'Invalid User (asdm1)' error when attempting to Login to SWRemote.  Sometimes a bit of live troubleshooting is required to determine what the issue us.  Calling in is typically the best course of action (800-566-6940 option 2).

The first thing to check, is to make sure the User is assigned to 1 of the 3 designated SWRemote Technician Usergroups, located inside of the SuccessWare21 User Manager:

However, if you wish to grant Dual access to SuccessWare21 and SWRemote, for an existing SuccessWare21 User, follow these instructions:
