Expected Duration is the amount of time a user believes he/she will be on a certain status (note that if you set an expected duration for onsite of 3 hours, you don't necessarily have to stay onsite for 3 hours, it is for office reference only to help them plan a schedule). Users need to have an expected duration any time they dispatch, go onsite, or change their timecard status. When entering the expected duration on the device, the amount of time must be greater than 5 minutes and less than 24 hours.
How to fix the issue:
Change the expected duration to be between 5 minutes and 24 hours and you should no longer receive the error message.
