First you will need to be on the Invoice screen.  

Next you will need to Add a Task.  To learn how to build an Invoice, you can click HERE.

Now that you are adding a Task, before you save, press the + Equip button.  

On the next screen, choose the Equipment you would like to attach to this Task, Then press the Apply Button:

Now you will need to hit the next Save button:

Finally you are back at the Invoice screen.  You will notice that the Task has a tag icon, indicating that the Task has a piece of Equipment attached to it.
