In version 3.4.6 of SWRemote, we began submitting additional information to SuccessWare21 with which they use to calculate this value.  

The Total Ticket value is calculated (by SuccessWare21) using the following formula:

InvoiceTotal

+  AgreementVisitValue

+  ServiceChargedToAgreement

+  ServiceChargedToWarranty

-   AgreementsSoldValue

-------------------------------------

=  Total Ticket
