Problem
A technician closed out his job and filled out his parts used, but no requisition was created in SuccessWare21.

Solution
The technician most likely did not log into a truck.  In order for requisitions to be created automatically, the technician must be logged into a truck. To resolve this, have them log out and select their truck from the dropdown menu.

This could also occur if the tech is logged into a truck but the Truck is setup with a blank Vehicle Number. SWRemote submits the Requisition via Vehicle Number, so if this is blank it will not be sent. You can find instructions here to resolve this issue inside the Inventory Manager.
