This error comes up because you have Dropbox connected to your SWRemote account, however, no photos or documents are found for the customer location you are currently looking at.

How can I fix this?

You are able to hit "Ok" to the pop up and move forward when this comes up. Removing this message will come in the next SWRemote App update, which we will be releasing in the near future. 

*Update* This issue has been resolved in the latest version of SWRemote. Please go to the Google Play Store or the App Store and update your copy of SWRemote.
