This has come up on a very small number of installs for the new version of SWRemote. This issue can be resolved by deleting the SWRemote app and reinstalling from the App Store and then Registering the Device.

*UPDATE* We have discovered and implemented a fix for the Custom Forms which was causing this situation when saving forms offline. Please make sure your technicians are running the latest version of SWRemote and also have them Restart SWRemote completely following these steps
