In SuccessWare21 you receive the following message when trying to post an invoice.
Reason why error occurs
You will receive this message when a card was run through PayFlow on a handheld device.
Steps to fix the issue
When you receive this message, click Yes.
If that does not work:
- You will need to go back to the invoice and click on Apply Payment.
- You must then click the XCharge button.
- Click Continue.
- Select the option 'Already processed through other method'.
- You can then go back to the invoice to post the invoice without receiving this message.
However, if the card is setup to be processed via XCharge you will receive the message below:
