If you processed a payment via PayFlow from a device in the field, here is how you will be able to disable XCharge for this specific payment.
- On the Payment screen, click on the XCharge logo highlighted in red below -
- Now click continue on the next screen -
- Now choose Already processed through other method, and click Done.
- Now that the XCharge processing has been disabled for this payment, click Close.
- You will now be able to successfully post the payment/invoice without processing it through XCharge.
