If I mark a customer as "Bad Risk" will it appear in SWRemote?

No, but there is a solution.

Back out of the "Billing Account Detail" and click on the small Notepad.  It will display as "Billing account notes".  Enter any important information in here.

In SWRemote it will Appear after pressing the Customer button and looking at the Details tab.  Scroll down and in the bottom right hand corner, under the "Account" title, you will see Comment.
