SWRemote does not track your technicians timecard beyond their current assignment, however, everything done in SWRemote is submitted to SuccessWare21 and can be found inside there.

1. Select the Report Gallery (see below) icon from the toolbar at the top of your SuccessWare21 screen


2.  Select Job/Call Reports from the options on the left


3.  Select Time Card Report on the right


4.  Select the Reporting criteria that you wish to search by and Run the report.
