Question:

Why aren't all of my payments and invoices showing up on the Billing Account History screen from jobs processed through the device?  

Answer: 

Invoices and or Payments will only show up in the Billing Account History screen(F4) in SuccessWare21 if the Invoice is Posted! Nothing will show up if the invoice has yet to be posted.
